Using a medium shot shows most of the body but not enough for it to be a close us, so in the instance you're able to see her singing. They also use a lot of long shots so you can see her full body and her dancers bodies and when they all dance around the set, this is where the 360 arc shot comes in as they go around the dancers so you can see exactly what they're doing. Zoom is also used a lot to create an effect and it;s done in time with the music. They also go close into her face so you're able to see her expensive, fancy accessories.
